This is a glass piece I got in NYC on a buying trip - It's Art Deco and the dealer from whom I bought it suspected it was a perfume bottle topper. Not sure if the design is a lucky five-leaf clover or a pansy. Regardless, it's a fun pendant and it's paired with a faceted crystal chain.
